The primary focus of the Yorkshireman is to serve unique local beer and craft ales of the sort you won’t find in the runof-the-mill chain pubs. All drinks are sourced from independent micro-breweries and distilleries exclusively from across the Yorkshire region – the emphasis here is retailing and promoting Yorkshire produce. In doing so, the Yorkshireman will be as environmentally responsible as possible. The aim is to do things more traditionally. There will be space for conversation and socialising over a drink. The applicant will avoid electronic distractions like loud music, T.V., fruit machines, gaming and pool tables.
